AIT Digital Health expert Günter Schreier will moderate the topic "Challenges, solutions and standards for managing transformed health and social care systems", these will be discussed by Prof. Dr. Bernd Blobel. Blobel is a retired professor of medical informatics and is best known for his work in the areas of electronic health records, standardization and interoperability, telematics architecture, data protection and IT security. He was instrumental in the internationalization of the HL7 standard and has inspired standardization worldwide. The evening will focus on:
- Transforming medicine from phenomenological to 5P medicine.
- Knowledge representation and knowledge management
- Architectural, philosophical, systems theory, linguistic, and ontological challenges for modeling health ecosystems and the associated development process
- Standards for the representation and management of health ecosystems
- Reference architecture for interoperability and integration for representing and managing transformed health ecosystems
- The ISO 23903:2021 Health informatics - Interoperability and integration reference architecture - Model and framework standard.
