This year, the 11th Austrian Innovation Forum will take place under the motto "The Big Picture" on 14 and 15 October 2021 at Erste Campus Vienna and virtually. Titled Fake-Shop Detector, the AIT together with the Linz-based IT service provider X-Net Services GmbH will present a new AI service from Austria on 15 October at 10:30 a.m. that detects fraudulent e-commerce offers.
The Fake Shop Detector was developed together with the Austrian Institute for Applied Telecommunications (ÖIAT) and will be available to Austrian consumers free of charge as a browser plug-in from mid-October. The Fake Shop Detector can also be tested live at the AIF.
