Once again, this year the research group High-Performance Vision Systems/ AIT Center for Vision, Automation & Control will be present at the Control trade fair - the International Trade Fair for Quality Assurance in Stuttgart.
As part of the "18th Special Show Contactless Measuring Technology" of the Fraunhofer Vision division at the Control trade fair, AIT researchers will present their new approach ici:microscopy for simultaneous 2D and 3D inspection of surface structures. Its applications are versatile, e.g. in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor production, security printing and many more.
ici:microscopy was recently awarded the inVISION Award 2023.
