19 experts of spectral measurement from 10 European countries and Canada met for the 6th PV-Outdoor-Spectral Measurement Mini Workshop. Senior Scientist Marcus Rennhofer and Junior Research Engineer Martin Halwachs invited for discussions and related presentations.
The various existing approaches for spectral measurement were examined to find approaches for harmonization. Most recent issues were discussed as well as measurement uncertainty in order to establish and improve uncertainty budgets.
The evaluation of the ISRC2017 summer campaign again displayed the great success of international cooperation for quality assurance of the participating institutes. A journal publication to distribute the scientific results is currently under work. Finally the next measurement campaign 2018 was announced to take place in Madrid.
