Train&Win

The training program Train&Win allows you to train at home in front of your own TV set. A female or male virtual trainer shows various exercises of different difficulty levels and requirements. A camera tracks the movement of the exercising person and determines whether the exercises are carried out correctly. If necessary, the trainer gives instructions for better execution of an exercise. Additional tips for a healthy and life-affirming lifestyle strengthen the health consciousness.
